That's what I show up for. I'm Alyssa, and I've never met a love story I didn't want to document. I'm type A to the core, which means you don't have to be - I'll have a plan, a backup plan, and clear direction ready the moment you need it, so you can just show up and be in the moment. For over 8 years now, I've been documenting love stories, growing families, and all the beautifully fleeting moments in between with an approach that feels natural, intentional, and deeply personal.

Outside of photography, I'm an avid foodie, Swiftie, and absolutely the type of person who will stop mid-conversation to say hi to a dog. I've never met a road trip I didn't say yes to, ideally with a Noah Kahan playlist and a questionable amount of caffeinated drinks. I was voted class clown in high school, and honestly…it still follows me everywhere I go.

I'm not chasing perfect poses - I'm chasing what's actually happening in front of me.

And if there are kids involved? I've got unlimited patience - chaos, mid-meltdown wiggles, and all. Some of my favourite images have come from what felt like absolute craziness in the moment, and turned into some of the most honest, feeling-filled photos in the gallery. That's really the whole philosophy: I'm not chasing perfect poses, I'm chasing what's actually happening in front of me.

I believe photography should feel inclusive, welcoming, and safe for everyone. I'm here to celebrate love and connection in all forms and to create a space where you can feel fully comfortable being yourself - regardless of gender, identity, age, race, body type, or the way your story looks. Your moments deserve to be documented honestly, intentionally, and with care.

There's a version of this season you'll want to hold onto. The way your toddler reaches for your hand without even looking for it. The exhale after you say "I do," before anyone claps. It moves fast. And most of it, you don't get back.

If I could give Alyssa more than 5 stars, I would. She was incredible to work with from start to finish. She was able to put my camera shy husband at ease and give my young children clear yet fun directions they could follow. Not only did we have a great time taking the photos, the images she captured are stunning. The photoshoot was a birthday gift for me, and I can say without a doubt that having my kids' childhood preserved in such beautiful images is the best gift I've ever received. If you're looking around for a photographer, look no further — Alyssa is the one!

My fiancé and I first hired Alyssa when we were looking for a last minute photographer to come to our home and photograph our late dog, Sassy, before she was set to cross the rainbow bridge. She was quick to respond to us and understood the emotional nature of our request. It was a very emotional shoot for us, but Alyssa did such a great job making sure we were all comfortable. She captured our girl perfectly that day. Those photos hold such a special place in our hearts and we will cherish them forever.

I honestly cannot recommend Alyssa enough as a photographer. She has captured my life through the lens, from my daughter as a newborn, now almost 7, she captured my surprise engagement and countless family sessions! I wouldn’t trust anyone with my memories more than Alyssa. She is a fabulous photographer with a true knack for capturing photos, but more than that, she makes me (and my children!) feel so comfortable during every session. My once shy daughter now asks when Alyssa is taking photos next!! Truly, honestly, could not recommend Alyssa more!

We just received a sneak peek from our shoot with Alyssa and, WOW! They are incredibly gorgeous. The shoot itself was an absolute blast! Alyssa made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, despite us feeling a bit nervous before we started. We ended up having so much fun, and that was ALL thanks to Alyssa. 10/10 would recommend Alyssa! Can't wait for our next session!

Alyssa is AMAZING!! She was so patient with us and our insane dogs. She made us laugh so much which created beautiful, natural photos of us. We couldn’t be happier with the images we received. We ordered big prints for our house the same day we received them because we loved them that much! Only issue was picking out our favourites because the whole gallery was incredible.
